Introduction

​The landscape of education is shifting, and leaders must navigate complex institutional challenges while fostering innovation.

This 12-week professional development programme is tailored for educators, school leaders, academics, and administrators aiming to strengthen their capacity to lead schools, universities, and educational organizations through periods of change.

Teaching Methodology

The programme is designed for high-level interaction and practical application:

​Sessions are held on Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, beginning July 25, 2026.

​The programme offers a flexible hybrid learning format, accommodating both physical attendance at the BALPP premises in Block 4, BMICH, and online participation.

​Instruction is provided by a distinguished panel of experts across various educational and technical disciplines.
