Finance and Operations Officer

Wasana is a finance professional with over two years of experience in financial management and administration. At the Bandaranaike Academy for Leadership & Public Policy (BALPP), she oversees the Academy’s financial functions and contributes to the effective management of its programmes and institutional activities.

Alongside her core responsibilities, Wasana has played an active role in the development and implementation of several BALPP programmes and initiatives. She has been particularly involved in programme planning and coordination, including spearheading the development and implementation of the Leadership in Mindfulness Programme.
